Frank Spaan intended successor as CFO at TenCate

Eef Bos has decided to step down as CFO of TenCate as of 1st October 2016. Bos commented: "Since the company entered into a new phase of its development, this is for me a natural moment to leave TenCate."

The Supervisory Board has the intention to nominate Frank Spaan for appointment as his successor by the General Meeting of Shareholders as per 1 October 2016.

After this appointment the Executive Board of TenCate will consist of Jan Albers, CEO and Frank Spaan, CFO.
